project overview

AT&T Business Console is a platform that provides businesses of all sizes, small to Government agencies, with the ability to manage applications and devices end-to-end. With the installation of MDM (mobile device management) application brings security in the managing of applications along with simplifying  and streamlining the process of purchasing applications to configuring and maintaining mobile devices.

challenges

  • Anticipating the needs of the user while meeting the needs of the business and product owners. This project was a joint effort and while collaborating with all others, we had to have very good communication.

  • Creating a ecosystem with existing business clients that would flow seamlessly to the portal  then back to premier. 

  • Making a product that was cohesive and simple to use was the biggest factor in design decisions. Designers are very passionate about the experience and the product owners have their own ideas and requirements.
